MONSTERA ADANSONII

The Monstera adansonii or Swiss cheese plant gets its popular name from its large, heart-shaped leaves that develop holes as the plant ages. It makes the leaves resemble Swiss cheese. The Monstera adansonii is a smaller relative of the famous Monstera deliciosa. People who love the look of the Monstera deliciosa but don’t have the space, find a perfect alternative in the adansonii. It looks similar but doesn’t grow as fast and as big, so it’s great for smaller spaces.
